 More or less a year ago, the famous TV presenter from Brazil, Adryanna Barros, was interested in including a short piece about Ecuador in a programme she was doing about Peru. Through the good efforts of HIP Ecuador and its associates we managed to bring her TV crew to Quito and convince her that Ecuador is a subject big enough for a single programme. We sponsored her travels throughout our beautiful country, using the infrastructure of Exclusive Hotels and Haciendas of Ecuador www.ehhec.com and vehicles supplies by www.rent-4wd.com.  Literally no one remembers how the world was before the internet and the fact that we know everyone on this planet through 16 other human beings or something like that! A paradox like this has a funny way of working out. Dodger Films in Florida currently produces ‘Passport to Europe’ for the Discovery Channel and now has been commissioned to produce ‘Passport to Latin America’, so the paradox/email/friend ended up with two ends of the wood being put together. TV presenter Samantha Brown, Hollywood producer Sylvia Carminer, Photography director Gideon Carpenter, Sound Engineer John Scott and Make Up Artist Ruth Tong all arrived in Quito with the goal of filming Episode 114 of Passport to Latin America.
